0.125 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
4 serving Ocean Spray, Craisins Original Sweetened Dried Cranberries 1/4 cup
3 tbsp Butter, unsalted
0.666 cup Honey
12 tsp Domino Light Brown Sugar
0.5 tsp Salt
1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
1.5 tsp Vanilla Extract


How Do I Make Rise and Shine Oatmeal Breakfast Bars?

Here is how you make Rise and Shine Oatmeal Breakfast Bars:

Preheat oven to 350. Line a 15 x 10 rimmed cookie sheet with parchment paper. In a large bowl, mix oatmeal, walnuts, and coconut. Spread mixture in cookie sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes until lightly browned. Lift mixture from pan using ends of parchment paper. Transfer to a large mixing bowl and sprinkle with flour. Add cranberries. Set parchment lines cookie sheet aside. In a small saucepan, place butter, honey, brown sugar, salt, cinnamon,and vanilla and being to a boil over medium heat. Cool and stir for 1 minute. Pour over oatmeal mixture. Pour mixture into cookie sheet. Lightly press mixture with spatula to even out. Bake 20 minutes until lightly golden brown. Let cool to room temp on cooking rack. Slide mixture from rack using ends of parchment paper into cutting board. Cut into bars.
