Then add milk to small saucepan and heat on medium-low heat. Whisk occassionally. When liquid begins to bubble from heat, add oats and chia seeds and whisk thoroughly. The mixture will thicken quickly due to chia seeds. Remove from heat and put in a bowl. While oats are hot, drizzle 1 tbsp of nut butter of your choice (I used peanut butter) across top. It will get all melty and perfect! Add a few almonds on top and voila!
