1/2 cup cream of wheat cereal dry
1 cup oats
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
4 tbs margerine
1 cup applesauce
1 cup brown sugar
3 tbs splenda
3 eggs
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 cup buttermilk
2 cups shredded zucchini
1/2 cups nuts any kind you prefer

Here is how you make Oatmeal Zucchini Cake:

Heat oven to 325 degrees. Combine all dry ingredients and spices except for sugar and set to the side. Cream together sugar, margerine and apple sauce with a mixer. Add eggs one at a time beating in well after each addition then beat in vanilla. Slowly beat in dry ingedients alternating between buttermilk and dry ingredients ending with dry ingredients.
