Here is how you make Jackie's Steel Cut Oatmeal:

Combine water, salt, and oats in pan. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly to keep from overflowing. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, add splenda, cinnamon, chopped walnuts, and blueberries. Stir until combined. Put lid back on and cook for another 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
