Here is how you make Paleo Coconut Oatmeal:

In a small saucepan, mix together coconut milk, water, coconut flour and shredded coconut. Bring to a boil (mixture will be thick), cover, reduce heat to low, and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Stir halfway through. Remove from heat.Crack the egg into a small bowl and whisk. Add a little of the cooked coconut mixture to the egg, whisking quickly to temper the egg. Slowly pour the egg mixture into the pan, whisking quickly to prevent the egg from scrambling with the heat. Then, return to the stove over med/low heat and stir until thickened, about 2 minutes.
