1. Heat skillet on low-medium heat and spray lightly with non-stick spray.2. Separate eggs (white from yolk) and put in container with milk and beat lightly.3. Pour egg into skillet, cover and cook for 2 min or until just firm, flip, turn heat off and cook for 1 minute. Remove from heat.4. While eggs are cooking mix oatmeal, splenda, cinnamon, cloves and water together.5. Cook oatmeal in microwave for approximately 2 min/ 15 seconds (depends on strength of microwave).6. Cut up egg and mix into oatmeal until blended well.
