The day before, pat cooled, cooked oatmeal together and put in a container that makes it into a 1/2 inch patty. (Like a large pancake.) Cover tight. Refrigerate.In a small frying pan, heat on high 1/2 tbsp Butter until it is bubbly.Add oatmeal as a patty. Cook on high until bottom is golden brown. Flip.
