Take 1/2 of the oats and pulse in a food processor. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Store in a sealed container. When ready to eat combine 1/2 cup mixture with 1/2 cup boiling water and allow to sit for 1 minute. I store mine in a large container and shake before using to reduce settling.
