1.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup water (give or take)
1 Tablespoon baking powder

Here is how you make Homemade Wheat Oatmeal Blueberry Pancakes:

First cook some steel cut oatmeal as you'll need .5 cups for the recipe.Mix all dry ingredients except baking powder.That is - white flour, wheat flour, salt, brown sugarMix all wet ingredients separately. That is -milk, yogurt, melted butter, then eggCombine wet and dry ingredients - and add in 1/2 cup COOKED steel cut oatmeal and water (increase or decrease water for preferred batter thickness). Add baking powder and vanilla last and mix lightly. Cook. Toss in a handful of fresh or frozen blueberries after pouring batter and before it sets too much. Makes 4 cups of batter, give or take. That comes to 16 if you use .25 cup batter or 12 if you use .33 cup batter.
