1/2 Cup Wheat Flour
1/2 Cup Flour
1/4 Cup Wheat Germ
1/4 Cup Flax Seed- Ground
1/2 t Salt
1/2 t Baking Soda
1/3 Cup packed brown Sugar
1/2 Cup + 2 T Quick Cooking Oats

Here is how you make Brown Sugar, Flax and Oatmeal Pancakes:

1. Make special milk by combining milk and lemon juice and let sit for 5 minutes2. In Mixing bowl, combine egg, and special milk3. Add in Brown Sugar, Salt, baking soda, flax and wheat germ and mix well4. Add in flours, mix well5. Fold in oats6. Pour onto lightly greased, or non stick pancake griddle by 1/4-1/3 cup fulls7. Turn when bubbles from on top of pancakes8. Serve HOT!! and add whatever toppings you and your family like.
