Here is how you make Fruity Oatmeal Pancakes:

Pre-heat griddle to 375F. Beat eggs. Add rice milk, oil and vanilla and beat well. Add flour, oatmeal, salt, baking powder, cinnamon and sugar to egg mixture and beat well. May need to add more milk or flour to thin or thicken the batter. Ladle batter onto griddle. Sprinkle each cake with dried fruit.
