Here is how you make Greek Yogurt and Oatmeal Pancakes:

I put the Oats in my magic bullet and ground them til they were pretty much powder...some oat pieces left but not much.Then I added the eggs, greek yogurt, seasonings and water and stirred til well blended. I added enough water to make it like pancake mix consistency.Then I started dropping large spoonfuls onto the griddle and cooked like pancakes. They were a little thicker than regular pancake mix so more water may be needed.I probably should have added more water to mine, but they turned out fine.This batch made 16 3inch pancakes.Number of Servings: 16Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user MERMIESMOM.
