2 tablespoons Promise margarine, melted

Here is how you make Healthy Whole Wheat-Oatmeal Pancakes:

1. Combine milk with vinegar & set aside to "sour".2. In meantime, place oatmeal in food processor & grind until fine. Then do the same with the almonds.3. Mix together the whole wheat flour, ground oatmeal, ground almonds, Truvia, baking powder & baking soda into a medium-sized bowl.4. Stir in "soured" milk, applesauce, and melted margarine.5. Spoon approx. 1/4 c. mixture onto a preheated griddle (use cooking spray if you do not have a stick-free griddle). Preheat griddle on medium for approximately 5 minutes. 6. Cook until top side begins to lose its "wet" look and small bubbles begin to form. Flip and cook another 30 seconds to one minute.7. Serve topped with your favorite mixed fruit or sugar-free pancake syrup.8.
