Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.Pan cooking: Heat oil or butter in pan. Spread oatmeal mixture out as if cooking a pancake. Cook till brown on underside, then flip to brown the other side. Serve.Oven: Heat to 325. Spread oatmeal out on parchment paper to the size of a pancake. Cook in oven about 15 min. Flip and cook the other side for 15 minutes. (Temp and cooking times may vary so please keep an eye on this as it's cooking in the oven.)Serve by itself or with homemade apple or carrot butter.Note: May be made the night before and kept in the fridge.
