Here is how you make Oatmeal Pancakes - Two Versions:

Put all ingredients in blender and blend until desired smoothness. (I left mine on the course side.) Let batter sit while pan is heating. (it will get thicker and more batter like) Add about a tsp of olive oil to pan and pour batter to make any size of pancake you want!
