2 tbsp almond meal

Here is how you make Protein Powder& Oatmeal Pancakes:

Mixed flax seed & water. Let set for 10 minutes. Meanwhile mix applesauce & proten powder until smooth. Grind/Mill the oats until flour like consistency (I use a coffee grinder-I have one just for baking). Add to applesauce mixture, along with almond meal, cinnamon, vanilla & milk. Stir until combined. Add water & flax seed mixture. Stir until combined. Heat skillet & spray with non cooking spray. Pour on batter in 4" ciricles & cook on both sides until done.Serving Size:?makes 16- 4" pancakes, 4 pancakes=1 serving
