1 scoop Body Fortress Vanilla Whey Powder
2 tsp Vanilla extract (maple is good too!)
1 tsp baking powder

Here is how you make Robin Sonshine's Oatmeal Protein Pancakes:

Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until all ingredients are blended and smooth. Using a 1/4 cup measuring cup, pour batter onto a medium-hot skillet. When bubbles appear, flip pancakes over. Cook additional 1-2 minutes until brown on underside. Serve with syrup of your choice. (Personally, I use Walden Farms pancake syrup-- it is sugar free, carb free and calorie free) You can also smear a little bit of natural peanut butter or almond butter on the tops before the syrup. Yummy!Serving Size: Makes 3 servings. 2 pancakes per serving.
