Here is how you make Quinoa Oatmeal Crumble:

1) Cut apples in to quarter-sized pieces. Sprinkle with half of the cinammon (1.5 tbs) and half the sugar (1.5 tbs). Put in to round pyrex or other nonstick dish.2) In separate bowl, mix oatmeal, melted margarine, nutmeg, clove, and rest of cinammon and sugar. 3) Pour Oatmeal mix evenly over the chopped apples. 4) Sprinkle quinoa (not necessary--i add for crunch) and drizzle honey over the oatmeal.5) Pop in oven for approximately 20 minutes at 475 and serve!Number of Servings: 4Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user CAGUIRRE101.
