1 c beef broth

Here is how you make Oatmeal Sausage:

In a small mixing bowl, mix all ingredients except the beef broth. Allow to rest for 5 minutes in order for oatmeal to absorb the eggs. After resting, form into 6 patties. Spray a non-stick frying pan with cooking spray. Cook patties on both sides until very lightly browned. Add beef broth to patties and bring to boil. Once broth has reached the boiling point, turn heat down to low and simmer for 20 minutes.Remove patties from broth. Pour off excess broth. Respray pan and return patties to pan. Cook until browned on each side.Serving Size:?makes 6 patties
