These strawberry oatmeal bars use wheat bran instead of flour, egg and yogurt instead of butter and sugar substitutes instead of sugar. This makes 6 servings. Bars:Mix the following dry increadients in a medium to large bowl.1 cup Old Fashioned Rolled Oats Dry 3/4 cup Wheat Bran - Dry Bob's Red Mill 3 tsp Splenda No Calorie Sweetener 1/4 tsp Ginger, ground 1/4 tsp Salt Add the following increadients to the bowl of dry ingredients.3/4 cup Plain Nonfat Yogurt Lucerne or Great Value 2 cup, halves Strawberries, fresh 3 tsp Lemon Juice 'Real Lemon' 100% juice 1/4 cup Brown Sugar Replacement Swerve Per Cup 1 medium Egg Vanilla Glaze:Completely mix the following incredients in a small bowl after the bars are done cooking and cool. 1/2 cup Swerve Confectioners Sugar 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract, imitation, alcohol 1 tbsp Water Tap by the Tbsp Spread the bars in a roughly 9 x 13 baking dish.
