Here is how you make Oatmeal Bars:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, stir together oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, salt and raisins. In a food processor or blender, combine almond milk, tofu, applesauce and vanilla until smooth. Add wet ingredients to the dry and mix until combined. Pour batter into a parchment-lined or greased 8" square pan. Bake about 30-35 minutes or until light-golden brown.
