Put the frozen berries in the bottom of a bowl and sprinkle with cinnamon, then microwave for 1 minute. Add the Chia Seeds, Hemp Hearts, Flax, and stir. Then stir in the Psyllium Husks & Oats, add enough water to rise just above the ingredients, and microwave for 1 minute.
