Whip egg whites until peaks form. Then, add vanilla and cinnamon while whipping. Fold in oats and protein powder. Heat pan and add butter flavored cooking spray. Lower heat of pan to med low and add egg mixture. Spread evenly in pan. Cover and cook until bottow of egg mixture is brown. Then, flip and brown other side.
