How Do I Make Nana's Messy Omlet?

Here is how you make Nana's Messy Omlet:

Put the 3 Tbsp Olive Oil into a frying pan on medium-high. While that is heating up, peel the potatoes and cut them into 1/2 inch cubes or so. Once that is done throw them into the pan. While those are now cooking, get your onion and dice it. Throw this into the pan as well. Let this cook for about 10 minutes. While that is cooking you can cut your polish sausage down the middle of the link then cut into smaller pieces. Once the 10 minutes is up put this in with the potatoes. Let all this cook for another 10 minutes. Make sure that you are stirring this so everything cooks. Next get 12 eggs and put them into a bowl. Scramble them. Once the time is up for cooking the potatoes, onions, and sausage, add the eggs. Let it sit there for about 2 minutes so it can cook the eggs. Mix it and cook until the eggs are at your desiredness.
