Grated Orange Zest Non-Stick Butter Spray How Do I Make Orange Blintzes?Here is how you make Orange Blintzes: 1. Mix 2 Tbsp. of Splenda, 1 tsp. of orange zest, salt, flour, flax seed, & wheat germ in a small bowl. Combine milk & yogurt in a separate bowl. Stir in olive oil & applesauce & mix until smooth. Combine 1 C. egg substitute & orange juice in a large bowl. Stir in the yogurt mixture followed by the flour mixture. Beat until smooth. Allow batter to rest at room temperature for 1 hr.2. Combine 1/4 C. egg substitute & 3 Tbsp. of Splenda, then add margarine & cottage cheese, mixing until smooth. Stir in the bread crumbs & 1 Tbsp. of orange zest. Refrigerate until the batter is ready.3. Lightly butter a 6 in. skillet, & heat over med. heat. For each crepe, pour 1/4 C. of the batter into the skillet, & immediately rotate the skillet until the batter evenly coats the bottom in a thin layer. Cook until the top of the crepe is no longer wet & the bottom has turned light brown. Run a spatula around the edge of the skillet to loosen; flip the crepe, & cook until the other side has turned light brown.
