Must have a skillet that can go from stove top to oven.Preheat oven to 425 degrees.Whisk eggs, flour, milk, salt, and nutmeg together. Batter may be slightly lumpy, can be done the night before and refridgerated. Set mixture aside.Melt butter in skillet over medium heat. When butter is melted pour egg mixture into skillet.
