Mix Wet ingredients in a bowl (Greek Yogurt, Egg Whites, Almond Milk)Add in Dry ingredients (Flour, Baking Soda, Salt) and stir until mixed. Then add tsp of almond butter [and or mix-ins of your choice]. Stir Well to form a nice batter and let sit for 5 mins.Heat up a non-stick pan, lightly coat with cooking spray. Pour 1/4 Cup of batter per pancake. Once batter starts to bubble, flip pancake.
