Mix together eggs & milk. Add 2c flour & mix until smooth. Add salt & additional milk. Cook up the bacon, crunch up into a 9x13 pan. Pour the grease in & then add egg mixture on top. Bake in a 350 oven for 40-50 minutes. Pancake will "rise" & then "fall" when it starts to cool. Serve w/ butter, syrup, or powdered sugar.
