Cut the sausage links in half and put each one on the end of a bbq skewer. Mix 1 cup Bisquik with egg whites, milk, and 2 tbsp of syrup. Roll the sausages in the remaining Bisquik then dip in the batter. Place the skewers on a baking sheet that has been sprayed with non stick spray. Bake at 400 for 12-15 minutes.
