In a medium bowl, stir together dry ingredients. In a large bowl, whisk together buttermilk, eggs, oil and vanilla. Add flour mixture and stir with whisk until smooth. Drop by scant 1/4 cupfuls onto lightly greased hot grittle. Drop 5 or 6 fresh or frozen blueberries onto each pancake. When bubbles apear and sides start to dry, flip pancakes and lightly butter.
