Here is how you make Carrot Fibre Pancakes:

Blend dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, salt, gluten, psyllium, oat bran, oatmeal flakes, and spices. In a separate 2-cup measuring cup, blend wet ingredients: milk, egg, oil, molasses, sugar & grated carrot. (Yeah, yeah, i know, sugar isn't "wet", but trust me.) Dump wet into dry, and add the berries and seeds. Mix just to wet ingredients, and don't worry about lumps. Heat pan over medium heat, spray with pam, cook pancakes until lightly golden, then flip & repeat.
