Here is how you make Chunky Monkey Protein Pancakes:

Combine yogurt, egg and banana in a bowl and mix until well combined. In another bowl, combine the flour, protein powder and baking soda. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet, stirring as you go. Keep mixing until everything is totally combined. Heat a skillet over medium heat and spray with non-stick cooking spray. Use a 1/4 cup scoop to drop batter onto the pan. Pancakes will expand some while they cook so leave some room in between. Sprinkle each pancake with some chocolate chips right after you drop on the pan. Flip pancake when little bubbles start to form on the top.
