Here is how you make Bob's Red Mill Low Carb Pancakes:

Heat griddle to 350 degrees. LIghtly coat griddle or pan wit hoil or cooking spray. In a mixing boxl, combine dry ingredients. Make a well in the center of the dry ingeredients and add the eggs, milk, oil and vanilla. Mix with a fork or whisk unti blended (~1 min). Pour batter onto heated griddle - drop 5-10 blueberries onto each pancake. Cook until bubles form on top side, flip and continue to cook until steam stops rising from pancake (~1 minute per side).
