Here is how you make Chalene's Hearty Pancakes:

In a large bowl combine flour and baking powder.Mix well with a wisk or fork. In another bowl mix egg, milk, oil and molasses. Mix well. Combine ingredients in both bowls.I used a 1/3 measuring cup to make 6-6' pancakes.Scoop into nonstick pan on medium heat. Brown both sides. When using molasses, browns quicker , so keep an eye on them. You can freeze them too !! Just make sure they are separated, so they won't stick together.
