Add flour as required to make thick batter, then add baking powder and mix well. Grill is ready when water dances. Pour 5" pancakes, spreading with back of spoon if batter is too thick. Turn when bubble holes remain open and edges lose sheen. Makes 3 servings of 4 X 5" pancakes.
