How Do I Make Patti's pancakes?

Here is how you make Patti's pancakes:

Place wheat flour, white flour and baking powder in a small mixing bowl. Add milk, applesauce and egg. Stir with whisk until smooth. I like to make my pancakes large. To make large pancakes, fill ladel almost full, and pour batter onto hot skillet, sprayed with non-stick spray. You can make smaller pancakes by filling the ladel only halfway.
