You may not like these but i do and they are pretty guilt free. i make up a batch and freeze them and use when i just need something sweet after a meal or whatever.the oat flour is good for your cholesterol and is GLUTEN FREE, SUGAR FREE (except for the choc-chips), LACTOSE FREE, OIL FREE, YOLK FREE and well the only really "bad for you" ingredient is the sugar in the choc-chips (but the dark choc provides antioxidents, and if i ever find sugar free choc-chips i will use them instead).P.S. I NEVER REALLY MEASURE ANYTHING SO YOU MAY WANT TO EXPERIMENT ON THESE QUANTITIES.
