How Do I Make Sherwood Pancakes?

Here is how you make Sherwood Pancakes:

Combine in a mixing bowl, flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Stir well to blend. Beat egg, milk, Sherwood and oil together in a small bowl. Add liquid ingredients to dry ingredients all at once, beating until smooth. Pour batter by .25 cupfuls onto preheated, lightly greased griddle. Bake until puffy and bubbles break on surface. Turn and cook other side. Serve hot. Makes 12.For thinner pancakes, use the extra .25 cup of milk.
