Combine the wet ingredients with the dry and mix until mixture is combined but do not overmix. Let the batter sit for 10 minutes. Warm up a nonstick skillet or griddle. Pour the pancakes into 1/4 cup pools. Let bubble form on one side and then flip. Makes about 24 pancakes.
