Here is how you make Jackie's Family Pancakes:

Add and mix all dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl. I make it in an exra large liquid measuring cup which helps when you are pouring onto the griddle. Add eggs and milk and mix well. Batter may still have a few small lumps-that's OK. Pour onto griddle preheated to about 375 degrees. Wait until pancakes bubble, flip and cook other side until golden brown. Serve.
