Here is how you make Healthy Pancakes:

Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.In a separate bowl, whisk egg whites until frothy.Gently mix the yogurt and coffee creamer in with the eggs.Add the wet ingredients to the dry and mix until just incorporated.Let batter sit for 5 minutes.Heat griddle over Med-Low heat.Spoon approximately 1/4-1/3 cup batter per pancake.The pancakes will bubble slightly, when these bubbles appear to be solid (more like circles) flip your pancakes.
