Here is how you make Oat Pancakes-Fat Smash Phase 1:

Spray pan with non-stick cooking spray, heat on med-high heat. Mix dry ingredients together in small bowl, in measuring cup add milk, liquid egg whites, & then vanilla extract. Whisk wet ingredients in dry until blended smooth. Let sit for 5 minutes to thicken up before pouring into pan. Makes Eight 3 inch round pancakes. Serving size is 2 pancakes. Serving Suggestion:I served mine made with a puree of fresh strawberries, ripe banana and sugar free syrup.
