Here is how you make Eat Clean Whole Grain Pancakes:

Add 2 tsp to 2 cups of almond milk and set aside for 15-20 min (to make buttermilk). Mix all dry ingredients. Add egg substitute and vanilla; add buttermilk and stir until moistened. Batter will be runny. Drop by approx 1/8 cup fulls (I used a coffee scoop) onto hot skillet coated with cooking spray. Cook on one side until air bubbles surface and pop.
