Measure dry ingredients into a medium bowl and stir with a wire whisk. In a 1 qt measuring cup combine 2 eggs, oil, honey and yogurt, beat until combined.Stir wet mixture into dry mixture, there will be lumps. Let sit for 45 minutes so the muesli gets moistened well.Preheat a griddle to medium high.
