Combine egg substitute, sugar, baking powder and salt in a large bowl and stir well.In a separate bowl, mix together whole wheat flour, unbleached white flour, oats, cornmeal and buttermilk powder.Add yogurt, almond milk and vanilla to the egg mixture and stir.
