1 3/4 c. milk
1 3/4 kamut flour
1 scoop of whey protein isolate
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 salt
1/2 cinnamon
2 eggs
2 tbsp. oil
1 c mashed bananas


How Do I Make Kamut and Oat Pancakes?

Here is how you make Kamut and Oat Pancakes:

Combine oats and milk; let stand. Mix flour, protein powder, baking powder, salt and cinnamon in large bowl. Beat eggs, and oil into oat mixture with a wisk or fork just until blended. Add mashed banana and mix. Pour into dry mixture and stir just until moistened. (Do not overmix, mixture will still be lumpy.) heat lightly greased griddle or skillet on medium; cook, using 1/3 cup of batter per pancake, until bubbles form on the surface. Turn and brown other side. My favorite way to serve is warm with a dollop of vanilla yogurt or whipped coconut milk and fresh berries. Can be enjoyed for breakfast or dessert.
