Preheat pan to medium-high and coat with non-stick spray (I used Can't Believe It's Not Butter no cal spray). In a blender, combine all ingredients and pulsate to mix. Spoon onto hot pan and cook for 3 minutes on one side before flipping and cooking about 2 minutes on the other. (Just like normal pancakes). One serving makes two very large pancakes.
