In a medium mixing bowl stir together all of the dry ingredients, make a well in the middle & set aside.In another medium bowl combine the wet ingredients; add wet mixture to dry mixture. Stir just until moistened (batter should be lumpy).Pour about 1/4 c batter onto a lightly greased griddle or skillet. Cook over med heat until the bubbles disappear & edges slightly dry then flip the pancake. Approx. 2 min each side or until golden brown.
