1 1/2 t baking soda
1/2 t salt
2 cups kefir ( I used strawberry, but I think you can use any flavor)
1/2 cup milk ( I used almond milk)
1t vanilla
2 eggs, slightly beaten
Fresh fruit, maple syrup, etc for toppings


How Do I Make Strawberry Kefir Pancakes?

Here is how you make Strawberry Kefir Pancakes:

in a large bowl mix the flour, baking soda and a dash of salt. In a separate large bowl, mix the kefir, milk, eggs, and vanilla. Pour the liquid ingredients into the flour mixture and mix only till moistened. Batter will be lumpy.Use a pre heated griddle/pan (low/medium heat), lightly greased. Pour batter onto pan and when the bubble have risen, flip to the other side (a few minutes on each side) Serve with your favorite toppings.
