Here is how you make 100% Whole Wheat Blueberry Pancakes:

Mix dry ingredients well. Scramble eggs and then add milk and honey. Use small sauce pan and wooden spoon to stir oil over medium heat until liquid. Slowly add oil to cold liquids stirring bowl constantly so oil does not solidify. Add wet to dry ingredients until mixed thoroughly. Batter will be lumpy. Fold in blueberries. Heat griddle to 350 degrees and grease. Add 1/2 cup servings to pan. Heat one side four minutes and flip cooking an additional 3 minutes.
